We’re happy to help keep your jewelry fitting comfortably and looking its best. Whether you need a size adjustment or a small repair, our goldsmiths are here to make the process easy.

Many services are complimentary within six months of purchase. If your item falls outside that timeframe or requires additional materials, we’ll always contact you first to review pricing before any work begins.

To help protect the quality and craftsmanship of your piece, we ask that all adjustments and repairs be completed by our goldsmiths. If jewelry is altered or repaired by another store or jeweler, the warranty on the piece will no longer apply. This ensures we can stand behind our work and provide the best possible care for your jewelry.

Choose the Service You Need

Ring Resizing

If your ring feels too tight or too loose, our goldsmiths can resize it for a comfortable, secure fit. This service is complimentary within six months of purchase.

Bracelet or Necklace Shortening

If your bracelet or necklace is too long, we can shorten it for you. This service is complimentary within six months of purchase.

Bracelet or Necklace Lengthening

If you’d like your bracelet or necklace made longer, we can adjust it. Because lengthening requires additional gold, a fee will apply. We’ll confirm pricing with you before proceeding.

Missing Diamond Replacement

If a diamond is missing from your piece, submit a service request so we can evaluate the item and discuss replacement options.

Loose Diamond or Stone

If you notice a diamond or stone feels loose, please submit a service request as soon as possible so we can secure it and prevent loss.
